So I decided to take a crack at this in-spite of or maybe because I have a hard time wrapping my head around "NODE" based programs. I have tinkered around with trials of Filter Forge over the years but have used nothing but some resultant textures.

Nocturmun is a settlement ( size undecided as yet ). Beneath the surface of the planet Thermos ( Yeah I know I Know !! ). Being too close to its Host star the surface temps are too extreme for typical life form. Life however finds it way. The whole of this planets ecology has evolved to utilize a combination of thermo-synthesis and lesser photosynthesis to supply the base for the food change. The ceilings and walls of the subterranean caverns on this planet are the home of thermal synthesizing organisms that use the heat transferred from the surface as it is baked by the sun to sustain its own life. Producing in the process light providing a weak daylight to the surrounding areas. Slightly more advance Plantlike lifeforms use this light along with heat to sustain there own life and so the base of the food change is formed.

Used an altered version of layered stone to get this texture to use as a base for my map. Intend on using multiple other FF filters to alter this into something presentable. Wish Me Luck.
