Hello to one and all who read this post.

I, Lyre, joined because I stumbled across the site and adored the maps. I've always liked maps because they combine visuals with a story that isn't quite complete, or add to a story, and, finally, because they are useful in helping you understand locations, whether they be real or imaginary.

I will eventually post something of my own, but it may be a while as I am far from ready with anything and may not have much time to contribute. It also won't be as grand as many of the maps here, but I will do my best.

Also, I love details in maps, especially when they make the map clearer or more in-depth or more useful or more asthetically pleasing.
