Hello all! Enjoying being a new member and taking a look about the site. My name is Dennis Ryan and I come to an interest in map rendering both from a love of the image of old maps (having great examples around the house from Africa, the Near East, and North America) and from my previous vocation as an art director and graphic designer.
Being a Photoshop jockey, it's great to see all the knowledge being shared about how to create effects and what things do and don't work when building maps. I look forward to learning more as I continue to explore!
