    Hehe I qualified Wilbur more neutrally as "having a steep Learning curve"
    Yet if you are stubborn enough to invest time in it and keep on learning, you obtain a very flexible and powerfull mapping program. The only thing it lacks is a good texturing/coloring module. That's why it generally needs postedition with Gimp.
    In any case there is nobody and Nothing that can do better rivers than Wilbur.
