    Question Dynamic Lighting Question

    Hello, hello!

This might be a dumb question and I tried to look around for a post already about this but to no avail, here we are. Is there a way to do dynamic lighting in Photoshop (CS6) or some other adobe program?
What I am wanting exactly is a way to create an invisible wall, so to say.*On my way home I realized the wall does not need to be invisable, could even just be an object or part of a layer* So, if I use the spotlight effect for example it would cast a shadow where this "wall" is. I hope this makes sense. It all really stems
from how much I despise hand drawing circles, spheres... etc. and correctly shading them.

    Thanks ahead of time!
