Beautiful map. Love the palette.

A quick tip for TreeThing - you may be able to lessen the appearance that the trees are spaced and placed with a computer by darkening the area between them. You could even use your TreeThing template, as I do. It might mean you would have to lighten the colour of your trees somewhat - especially the jungles in the bottom part - but the shadowing between them would counteract that to some extent. In my opinion doing this helps to unify the trees as a forest rather than a bunch of individually placed trees.

What I usually do personally is take my TT template, make it all the same colour (if it has greyscaling) - usually a dark brown colour - and I put a large gaussian blur on it to get rid of the edges. Then I select my mask layer shapes and cut them from the template. Then just add it to the image with a blend mode. You may need to duplicate it. I also usually add a texture to the layer too but that is just to fit in with the artistic style I currently use.

Hope this helps and glad you like the program.
