There is Mangor map first preview. This is a very small part of the map which will cover the entire island of Mangor at the scale of 1:16000e. The sheet itself will be very large (about 33 x 46 inches).
The part you can see on the picture describe the ”Mount“ where the first village was settled about 1700 years ago. The Mount is a huge butte in the middle of the island, 490 ft high.
Mangor has a great history from the bleak Grey Times where refugees found a home in a mere cave.
Nowadays this cave is a holy place (the Grotto), covered by a beautiful and antique temple. This one is the point of interest for pilgrims coming from everywhere. The other great place at the highest point of the Mount is the Octagonal Temple. This 1000-year-old sacred building is built with wood and bricks.
The Mount is known as the “Temple Mount“.
Many things must be polished yet: you can see only the Mount. The other parts are still in progress, the colors aren’t the final ones, etc.
