3/4 map of a Central European city

I am looking for a cartographer to draw a view of my city. It might be a bit more unusual, as the city is set in modern times, but overwhelmingly has Central European vibes and is still full of historic architecture (the city is mainly inspired by Kraków, Lviv, Prague and Ljubljana with sprinkles from Vienna, Budapest, Gdańsk and some English cities).

I'm hoping to use it for my book which is a modern fantasy/crime. I was thinking of a size similar to files attached, maybe A5 for more regular dimensions. It doesn't need to depict the entire entire city, it can cut the city similar to the sketches.

I was hoping it could be in 3/4 perspective and stylised to look like a storybook illustration.

There is no deadline to the map. And it doesn't require any copyright.

I'm attaching some sketches, both of the plain rough vision for the city and with the descriptions of areas and some locations that I want to be inspired by real life buildings. For those, I'm not expecting ideal 1:1 drawings, but enough to capture similarity to the referenced locations, e.g. the silhouette and some lines to indicate deeper level of detail. I have a more specific vision for the castle and the characters' house in mind, but I would send those later on.

I'm happy to play around with the layout of the city, e.g. hide some streets behind buildings, do some illusion to make the illustration busier without actually adding more buildings. For me it's more important to capture the vibe of the city rather than the exact topography, so not every single street needs to be drawn. Also the layout of most of the roads themselves can also be adjusted and improved if it'll make it look better. Mine's quite provisional to help to capture the vibes of the neighbourhoods.
