    Wip Small map, big projeckt and im back online.

    Hay all..

    So i just had a major crass (3 computers broken due to an anoying power companys lazyness) but now im back online and happy to see that all of you are in as good an artisial shape as ever

    now i just wat you all to see the projekt im working on rigth now.

    Its an RPG-PNP system that me and some friends are trowing together and actuealy getting pupiched (in a year and a half) and rigth now im between writing and are there fore making maps

    So.. the setting is dark middival to modern+magic but this map is made fore the middival part...

    small update...

    the text reads:
    Algarin, EtSovilis durun. Kapino makon.
    Faithfull for eternity, is the country of the kings, chosen to live by its peoples will.

    Algarin = Country of kings.
    Sovilis = Eternal
    Et = The (EtSovilis = The Eternal)
    durun = Faithfull.
    Kapino = Peoples will.
    makon = Holds/keeps alive, makes live, chosen to live.

    Pleas tell your mind. any ideas/suggestions are welcome.

    Hey I like it! Nice mountain style...can you tell us a bit more about how you did the mountains and post a bigger picture up without the canvas texture so we can see the mountains more clearly?

    Thanks zleapingbear..I'll need to see how to reproduce this in photoshop...but it looks very doable. I do believe you've found a new way to do mountains that is hitherto unknown to the guild, and for that, I take my hat off to you!!

    I suggest that you post your tutorial in the tutorial section where you will receive much fame and adulation!

    Default Redoing it all.

    Hay all. now i llok at my map.. and i like it. but as Ravs and some of mu ofline friends have pointed out. the Relief affeckt kinda kills alot of detail.

    So now my big question is.... what to keep and what to discard...

    rigth now im thinking some thing in the line of this progress...

    (simular to the other one, just keeping the relieff out of the picture)
