    Change it how? Just save the pic to your hard drive, open MSP, open the file, and then play with it until you're happy.

    When I edit it in Paint, it doesn't color it all the way. Like this:

    As you can see from the red continent, it doesn't color it in all the way. I don't know if you can change that or not.

    The problem is that there are artifacts when two colors are near one another. There's a kind of "bleeding" that occurs in jpg's; the computer can "see" them but our eyes cannot. I don't have the original file so I downloaded the file, just as you would, then bumped the contrast and brightness and saved as a gif image. Then I tried it (in Photoshop) and it worked for me so give this a spin and see if it works for you.

    It's not coming up.

    It just shows that little red X in the box.
