    Default Introductions and Personal History :)

    Greetings,

    I joined a day or two ago and thought it would be nice to introduce myself to the community! My name is Josh, I was born and raised in Oregon. I've been playing pen and paper games such as D&D, Gamma World, and CoC since I was 12 and have been DM since I was 16. My uncle began teaching me how to construct maps (as he was an amazing cartographer and surveyor.) Since then I have developed a fascination with cartography. As I'm 24 now I have come to see many great maps made by others and have always enjoyed making my own. I have just recently started mapping with computer software and look forward to learning from all of you! The collections you have here are... breathtaking. I look forward to getting to know all of you as well as growing with the new knowledge I find here. Thank you for your time and eventually, for your guidance!

    Thank you very much Gidde! It's a pleasure to meet you. I just posted my first map. I've only had the mapping software for 2 days so I hope you enjoy it as much as I enjoyed making it!
