This looks pretty nice, not a big fan of the font you used - but that's a preference thing.
This is an area from a much, much larger map I'm working on as a gaming campaign. I created the map entirely in Photoshop. The mountains and other land texture were created with a texture map, and the color was painted in with low-opacity soft brushes. This is my first map here, and the first map I've done with my (sorta) new texture creation method.
The area features the nations of Risenmoon, Baladras, and Karyth, which all make up the northern half of the northeast coast of the continent. The land featured is approximately 1000 km north-south by 700 km east-west at it's widest.
EDIT: For those interested, I've attached another image that shows the exact location and scale of the featured area compared to the full continent.

Very atlasy, nice job.

Very nice overall. I think the forests could be a bit more pronounced.
I hope we will see the rest of the world as well?!

Possibly. I am currently working on the more... macro version. It's big. 3600 x 3500 px. I'll let you know if I decide to put a WIP thread up.

Oh lawd... Do please poke me when you're done with the whole map in... around 2065?
Seriously though... It looks simply great!

Looks very good, though for me it seems that the top of the mountains is missing. And yes, mountains are difficult to create
