Noticed the introductions forum, and since I absolutely love these things, I figured I'd do one. I'm an amateur (read: not very good at) map maker, but I mostly make maps only for D&D games and the occasional fantasy story I try to write (I hardly ever finish, I'm just a little unfocused). Anyway, found this community here, and I gotta say I love the ideas here. You guys are freaking geniuses. I'll post my maps in the Regional/World Mapping section, and hopefully I can get some tips. I used to use CC2 and CC3, and I've used Photoshop CS3, but I'm currently trying out the Gimp, and liking it, so RobA's tuts seem to be right up my alley. Anyway, enough about that for now, I'll see you around the guild, yeah?
