    Wip Alt Hist: Accord Europe

    ...Accord Europe of course.

    An althist map I'm working on.
    Premise: the 6 February 1934 crisis is more severe and the right wing movements together with sympathizing parts of the army topple the government of the Third Republic. A double leadership of François de La Rocque and Charles Maurras is now at the top of the state. The initially hostile position against Germany is resolved, when France, Germany and Italy sign the European Accord in spring 1936. Then the three begin to carve the neighboring states.

    Please check for typos or any other mistakes I made.

    If this somehow results in a reborn swedish empire then I will gladly await any continuation of this xD

    No clue, but I guess the Swedes stay neutral again or wait for a good opportunity. ;-)

    Nice map, great idea! And scary... I guess WW2 begins with tanks rolling into Poland... and they keep right on going into the USSR...

    The only thing that I'd change is minor - you have lat/long lines, and the text follows them to a certain extent, but especially with the USSR's label, it looks odd that the text doesn't curve to follow the lines. I'd either leave all the labels strictly horizontal or curve them to match the lines; otherwise (to me, anyway) it makes the labels look 'crooked'.

    Underneath PALESTINE, you have "(brit. Mandatei). Shouldn't it be (Brit. Mandate)? Even abbreviated, wouldn't brit. still be Brit.? As Diamond mentioned, the USSR label does look crooked.

    Otherwise, good map.

    Beautiful work, Sap. I really love your alternate history maps.

    I'm not sure if you're using Engish spelling?

    If so, then
    Bucarest = Buchrest
    Damaskus = Damascus
    Libya (Italien colony) = Libya (Italian colony)
    Baleares = Balearics

    Just wondering if the thread title should be "Accord Europe" instead of "Accod Europe"?
