Hmmm....Map a Castle....I have an old Pen-n-Paper Castle I never did finish (beyond the main floor). I think if I could I would love to finish that map in PC Form.

I've been very absent the past few weeks with some work stuff but I really want to get in on this one...if for nothing else than to get back in the swing of things. I think my castle is gonna be for a theocracy - a church/citadel thing.

I hope to get time to enter myself - probably go for an oldstyle look, black and white, I feel I've done a lot of modern, battlemap style maps, so a good old one would be nice for a change.

Hmm. Considering how much fun I had at the last challenge, I think I must have a go at this one as well. I will go Old-Style (that's My Style, I guess ;-) and make a classic Role-Playing Evil Castle.

Well, back to the drawing board, then.

So, I sat till late last night, and I have finished the ground floor. This will be a small castle, sitting on a mountain top, complete with secret passageways, dungeon and all that. Perfect for a party of adventurers, a robber baron or a Wizard who likes to live away from the beaten path.

There is still plenty to do, and I am a tad worried that I may not be able to finish it all in time. Maybe I'll take a day off next week and get serious with paper and ink.

So, the end of the challenge is near, for those of you who likes to burn the midnight oil I'll give a heads up that I'll be closing the challenge tomorrow (26th) 12 CET+1, so thats 6 AM New York time (if my calculations are correct)
so go make those finishing touches
