Metro City...

I don't know how many people might find this interesting or not. But here are three Districts Map I did for Metro City. I broke them up into smaller sections to be able to post them more readily. I do have the non-cropped one somewhere. If anyone is interested in seeing the entire thing in one solid piece I could post it.







It is kind of fun. Since I took a bunch of small cities/towns and combined them into one large city. I essentially made the old single entity locations districts.

I was curious... On this site is it frowned upon using Satellite images to create maps? Just curious.

Most excellent work, dude! I have a long-standing love affair with superheros and comics (though I've never played in a supes RPG).

Hero Machine is great for people who can't draw... I on the other hand can draw.... here is an example of one of my characters that has appeared in Metro City (and the one that is my Avatar here).



I think a do a tad bit better than Hero Machine (just takes me a little longer! LOL)

Have you seen any of the NHL's collaboration with Stan Lee? They're creating heroes based on each of the team names. It's a pretty neat idea.

Frankly it doesn't surprise me. I have always been of a mind to think Stan Lee will do anything for a buck, I have not seen where anything he has helped create or be a part of the creation has been at all successful since before the 80s. (Sorry, not Lee's biggest fan. I appreciate his creations pre-80s. After that he became plain annoying).

Although that is a cool idea (I doubt it is actually Lee's), I am surprised they didn't pull that one out decades ago. If Kirby was around, they could make something like that fly. But if Lee is at the helm (Unless it is one of those four issue limited series) I would be surprised to see it get to issue 12 (Barring naked Cheerleaders - LOL).

Still a decent idea. Other Trademarked things (Rom, Micronauts,Shogun Warrirors, Godzilla, Crystal, G.I. Joe, etc) have made it longer than I ever thought they would. So I guess I shouldn't count a chicken before it is hatched.

Since we are sorta off topic a little here. I was wondering.
I want to do something with a dual Atlantis Project I am working on (a historic actual position and where it is now). Should I post it here? Since in some small ways (Well one, plus one of the Super Heroes that are from Metro City), It is attached to Metro City.
OR? should I do a separate post named 'Atlantis' of the World of Metro City?
Just curious.
