Looks interesting - definately the kind of setting id want to explore either in an RPG or a story. Is the Castle and Towers out on a causeway, away from the landmass?
Look forward to seeing how this one turns out!
Started this last night.

I have a very specific idea and something I want to test with it, and actually expect to get this one done today (which would be some kind of record for me).

Thanks! - Actually, it's a glacier. Sorry, I forgot to label it! My rivers would be wrong were it the sea.
Anyway - I forgot to post WIP#2:

Looking good so far .I like the little details, The artwork. It probably isn't anywhere in the "River Police" Handbook But most the tributaries making perfect 90Deg. angles where they meet the main river seems abit unnatural to me ? Anyways I like the style as a whole !
"Aye The skies be clear , the seas be calm and the winds be with us .....
ARGH!! but the damn compass be broken!! "

Thanks, lostatsea! - The rivers' 90° angles of joining is an artifact of the way I am doing them in inkscape, and it needs to be fixed. One of them also intersects the glacier at this time, which also doesn't really make sense (the southern one of the eastern "source" tributaries).

Fixed up the few issues with the map and posted it on the Finished Maps forum: http://www.cartographersguild.com/sh...-Lost-Warriors
