This is awesome! Just looking at this I can improve my forests in a real simple way, and this is great for all kinds of other stuff too. So, if you wanted more rounded buildings, I suppose you'd do it the same way as with those cities and castles, and just make the bottoms of the roofs and walls with a curve instead of a right angle?
