    Even in the early third age, the names would have been in the Sindarin/Westron miscellanea we are familiar with, rather than in Quenya. Quenya was already an uncommon language amongst elves in the first age, in Numenor during the second age it was seldom used, mostly for kings' names and other ceremonial usages.
