A shrine to the river-god, if there is such, would be suitably situated on the island with the bridges. The one splitting the falls seems pretty much too dangerous to try to use, unless you have some form of flight (in which case magicians might use it for private meetings or such).

That is a fair suggestion, if I can muster the strength to re-open the gargantuan original file I will do it. Though, it should be said, I become quite weak once we are at the point in which the computer takes several minutes just to open the file.
