Londonsmee: I wish I could tell you how long it took. "Many hours" is as close as I can figure it. As time passes and I forget how long it took, the desire to crack on and start work on the second part increases. Hopefully soon.

Sometimes I feel like I'm quite good at mapping, for gods sake I even consider myself as some sort of an expert on city maps. And then I see this and realize that I'm still just struggling to get up on the ladder of mapping skills. This maps just blows your mind away. It is nothing but truly fantastic!

Wow. That is cool. I remember seeing this way back in that monthly challenge. It's certainly developed. May I ask how much of that is photoshop and how much of it is hand drawn? Do you use a drawing tablet?

Larion: It's all hand drawn in Photoshop. Yes, I use a graphics tablet. The only thing not hand drawn is the paper texture (courtesy of Coyotemax) and the labels.
