General Enquiry re map-making and illustrations
Like some others on the Mapmaking Requests Forum I'm new at this game. I have several stories outlined and I don't want to finish writing until I have some maps and illustrations finished. Let's talk about one book.
1. Mapmaking - It's a small world of only about 1000 sq miles with 4 countries, with a narrow sea dividing 1 from the other 3. There are mountains, hills, pasture land, rivers, a lake and a large desert. One of the countries, where most of the action takes place, will require more detailing (forest, crops, city, swamp, grasslands etc.)
2. Illustrations - close-ups of scenes, characters etc
The best person for me would be one I can relate to over a longer term and who can create off a limited brief. I'm not sure on payment arrangements, so I'm open to suggestions.

As heavycat said you must include a email or similar form of contact, cause you are newie (has less than five post in the forum) and so you cannot receive PM.
... or just post some more till you have the requisite five :-).
Look through the sticky at the top of this forum - there's a whole bunch more you can tell us about your requirements and druthers. First thing I'd want to know is what style you're looking for.
