    The site is in German. The maps are in a flash window.

    I don't know if this is already listed here but its a great source. Fantasy maps are broken down by story source and there are a number of cool maps.

    - worth a look. I'd give it an 8/10

    Also (This probably is here somewhere)

    Monte Cook has a look at the mapping of Ptolus, his HUGE RPG city map. Apparently it took most of a year to make the map. Anyway there are some good process shots if you like the ptolus style of map.
