Default Back to gaming after a long hiatus, kicked things off with a throwback style map

After being away from gaming and mapping for a while, I'm back at it again.

This is a location I created for a throwback adventure I am writing for 1st Edition AD&D using my OSR Symbols Brushes (I posted a link to them in the Mapping Elements forum). The style of the map was to mimic the maps of the early years of D&D, taking cues from such adventures as The Keep on the Borderlands. Currently the background material is in the outlining phase. The rough idea is that this was the temple of an ancient cult that worshiped a demon known as the Larva Lord. After the cultists realized that the demon's only intention was to turn them into larva to harvest for higher demons, the cultists trapped the demon in a cave beneath the Black Temple. Recently, a group of clerics have come under the influence of the demon and have banded together as the Reformed Dark Circle of Pestilence. Their goal is to understand the previous inhabitants and follow the demons desire to be released. Little do they know that they are also on the menu.

Wow...a lot to do ^^ Now if only you could give us the key to the map as well. What do the numbers mean, what encounters are where and where are the treasures
    Anyway...cool rpg map.

Thanks for all the nice comments! Much appreciated! I'm going to be working on a portion of this tomorrow. I don't know if the board allows it, but I could post the key as I stock each area. Also, no problem on the brushes! Don't mind sharing knowing folks probably would like them in their bag of tools.
