I love it so far!
Hey there guys, so for this months challenge, I decided to work on my B&W skills.
I never done one before, and Max initial setting gave me the boost I needed to try something. So for this map, I`m going double, one with the region around Fingard, and another one with the city map.
Initial steps, hope you guys like:

I like the iconic work on the map. Funny to see the black and white version. I just finished my own version of it....a black and white one
This is looking good. Really like the row of watch towers guarding the Bridas Lake lowlands from those horrible, nasty... enemy type things that I'm sure are lurking in the south west. Also... what font is that? I like it lots!
cheers

Thank you guys!
@lostatsea
thanks for the reminder, I always forget .
@Max, I bet your finished B&W version is better than mine
@Meshon, the font I used for the lake and terrain is BlackFlag, and the one for the Fingard title is MoriaCitadel! Also, you are right, those watchtowers are exactly for that haha

I really like the style and variability of the points of interest icons. The line-work in the city is very clean and sharp, clearly communicating what it should. I have a lot of appreciation for the overland symbology you're using for the lowland areas, making them look moorish/swampy. Oops, not "moorish"...let's say "moor-like." I'm still evolving my own swampy look.
