Default June 2014 Entry - the borderlands

Evening all. I wasnt planning on entering this month, but today something clicked in my head and I found myself working away on a map of the borderlands, a disputed territory in between two rival empires. I havent really dont all that much to the map yet; but have put in a fair amount of work on the background textures and colouring. Still lots of things to label and possibly add. And the names of the empires and the back-story may still change.

    Great work, cool Idea.

The leaders of both empires are unaware that the happiest people anywhere are those that live in the Borderlands. They are happy because they are being left alone by both empires.

I'm enjoying the overall color scheme and the textile-like texture in the background. The fonts are fun, and the icons are effective and cute.

I suggest that you place just one sheep somewhere in the borderlands.

There is a cryogenic-frozen one at the Landing Zone.

As long as you can say that you have a map for the Warhamster module "Sheep on the Borderlands", I'm happy.
