    I agree with you, Corilliant. Originally I had the colors much more subdued, but then I used them in the decorative frames and it looked funny if they were not the same. I've figured out how to make the subdued colors match without degrading the frames, so now I think it looks much better. I also cleaned up the river mouths a bit. Thanks for the comments!

    Very nice and subtle colors for your borders, that works perfectly! Also a lot of labels on the map but it fits well with the overall feeling.

    In this version, I've tweaked the edges of the sea and the river mouths to something I like a lot better. Still learning .....

    I like it, well executed. Yet for my taste, the fontsize of the city labels is a little to big. I'd check out, how it looks, if the labels are scaled down by 10-15%
