Hello, everyone!

I discovered this site months ago googling about how to create fantasy maps and how to work with GIMP. Since then, I have been visiting the forum as visitor to learn about it. Now it’s time to register as member to search better the content concerning these themes.

The main reason I’m here is because I have a hobby that sometimes it’s interesting to create fantasy maps, backgrounds for pictures, some special edition effects with GIMP and other stuffs to upgrade my LEGO creations. Yes, LEGO!

I'm an AFOL (Adult Fan of Lego) from LUG Brasil (Lego Users Group) and my interest in fantasy maps have been growing because of the hobby. Some international forums about LEGO have their fantasy world, with fantasy maps, where anyone can pick up a kingdom and use the imagination to build for it in contests or just for fun. That’s my case, but this is subject for other post.

In truth, my interests in LEGO and geography/cartography/maps follow me since when I was a child and now this mixing themes are working together to make me happy.
