Wow, that is amazing.
I've been a fan of Stephen Wiltshire's art for quite some time, and it occurs to me that some of the cartography enthusiasts around here might enjoy his work as well. He specializes in cityscapes, often aerial views, and including some amazingly detailed panoramas. His usual method is to take a helicopter flight and then draw the city from memory. Wiltshire is a memory savant with autism.

I've seen him on a documentary from the BBC about autism and savant-like abilities. He really does it all from memory, and has been drawing these scenes for many years.
