Hello, all.

I am an English teacher currently living in Gansu province, China. My background is in Creative Writing, but recently I've become fascinated by the world of cartography.

I'm very new to mapmaking and to mapmaking techniques. It's been a couple of months since I made my first map, and I'm working on finishing my second. I am woefully inexperienced, but I know that with the help of you fine people and your tutorials, advice, and friendliness, I'll be able to nurture my new hobby! Looking forward to interacting more intensively with all of you in the coming years.
