Redesign and enhancement of existing maps

I currently have regional and world maps for a campaign setting; however, as the project is moving forward, it is necessary to enhance the maps with more detail and a greater aesthetic quality. I have maps already done with I will mark up and edit for the artist/cartographer to use.

I will need an artist/cartographer for multiple maps so would like to hire someone who is a good communicator and interested in a long term project (non-exclusive of course). The copyright of the created maps will belong to the artist and can be used for non-commercial portfolio use. I will have the right to distribute and use the maps in electronic and print form. This as well can be negotiated.

With regard to style, I am looking for something along the lines of the following style for the world map:

for the regional map, I am looking for something akin to what is currently found in the ne 5th Edition D&D adventure or somethign like this:

I should note that I am not hard and fast set on these styles, but they do convey the the crisp, clean, dark look I am going for.
