Cool! <-- and that before even opening the full size map (which is wonderful). I love your setting ideas, and the timeline and map labels just add beautifully intriguing hints of dimension and story. please write a novel.
A personal project.
This is a steam-and-sorcery setting in the early stages of an industrial revolution. Clearly, it's a Europe analogue, with the Concordat, a Church Empire, being the major power. There are early railroads, fairly advanced firearms, steamships, and crude airships. Resting uneasily alongside all this is Magecraft, the 'First Science'. The Dragonborn are a psuedo-Mongol race of mutated humans tinkered with centuries ago by the ancient and long-dead Draconic Empire to act as shock troops. They have since become one of this world's worst terrors.

Font is Hammerhead, found on dafont.com.
This is a half-size version; the original is too big to upload here.
As Max says, feel free to rep, rate, and/or run away!
This is fantastic! I love the timeline down the side, as you've managed to include loads of information without overwhelming the viewer. This would work incredibly well in a novel, as Chashio says above! I really like the dirty, grungy texture and the border with its decorative elements. I have to confess I'm not fond of the font you've chosen, but that's a personal taste thing, and it does work OK on the map, and your labelling is really good otherwise. Excellent work. I have repped!
It's already happening. Been working on it for some time now...Novel
Finally, another Diamond map! Very well presented. The fonts really work well with this map. Great mountains as well.

Thanks for the kind words and kind PMs, guys. Always appreciated.
For those interested, the novel has the working title of Revolution Road (not to be confused with Revolutionary Road), and it follows a Napoleon-like figure throughout the course of his life.
Fantastic Map Diamond, incredible detail!!

I agree with many of the above comments. Timeline, font, etc. Really nice work Diamond.
I love that banner at the top. Love. The place names are good and believable.
Storm's Throat. Nice. Cool to hear you're writing a novel. I will definitely pick that up when available.
That alone is rep worthy.
