    Post Yet another frenchman ;-)

Hi everybody. It's been a long time I've been considering subscribing to your site, and finally I'm there

Of course I'm fond of beautiful maps of imaginary places. That's a great way to travel. But I must admit I love all that's giving me the opportunity to discover new worlds and their inhabitants : novels, illustrations, films… whether of fantasy, sci fi or whatever subgenres.

Presently I'm an RPG GM in dire need of improving his mapping skills, which are almost non existent by now. My first step will be to learn how to draw a decent tactical map, whether on a white board or computer. Then I'll need to turn to cities and regional maps.

Apart from those quite utilitarian first steps, I'll be glad to be able to flesh out novels and stories I like, but first things first

Hello JML_fr, welcome to the Guild! I think if you start looking at some of the many tutorials around here, you'll find lots to help you get started.
