Oh boy, I love the 'death' one!! That's my absolute favourite, though they're all looking great. I have to second Foremost's comment above about how you've branched out as you went along. They just get better and better!

Thank you guys for the nice comments, i'm glad you even like the more "experimental" ones. The last spot is assigned for a more "standard" medieval-fantasyish banner, because in the end, they're meant to be used on maps... (though i try to put in all my new earned experience on making banners, so it might get a bit sophisticated too
).
Since these banners should be customizable, i just meshed in some of the avatars from you guys ... i hope you like them

I'm not quite sure my avatar suits the death banner ...beware the Grim Reaper as he stalks you in form of...a stripy pink cat! JefBT's looks good though on this banner though. Chick's avatar looks super classy on purple, and Bogie is clearly our new alien overlord!

Great choice Bogie, eh... great protector!
After doing the sixth and last banner, i wasn't sure if i should let the placeholder emblems on the banners or make them all blank. The blank version is for others to customize, but you can't get an idea of the effects that are applied to the emblem by the layers above, without having any...So i went for the last update with the placholders still "in place".

After the challenge, i will post the blank versions also as .psd files together with a small manual how to customize them.
It was a lot of fun working on them and i hope they are at least a bit helpful for some of you guys!
