    Default Yar-Zun, the barbed devil's lands

    Hello folks!
    I present you my latest personal work, started some time ago: Yar-Zun, the barbed devil's lands!
    Short story: Some time ago, I decided to drawn a map with a different style, something less "ordinary-fantasy" and with different color schemes.
    While I was sketching the landmass, I realized that the shape I was randomly drawing resembled an human face, like a man with beard..
    So I decided to build something around this concept: an outlandish place where small opulent kingdoms rules over a land of sand, rocks and blood..
    The original plan was to add many more details, but since I already have so many WIP, and in the next weeks I will have less time , I decided to post it right away

    Enjoy!

    Haha, awesome! The shape kinda reminds me of this guy which works well with your devil theme! Map itself looks great, and I really like the colour scheme you've chosen. Font works really well too.

    Great job! Not sure if I can rep you but I'll try.

    Wow, that's awesome. It's got a definite Max/Red Epic influence, but the style is still uniquely you. I LOVE this map. Too bad I can't rep you right now...

    Very nice, lesopeso. I love most of this map, but I do think the coastal ripple waves are way too strong -- too bright color, too jagged, and too large -- for the scale of the land.

    The rivers are beautifully done, good shapes, excellent choice of sources, correct confluences, and realistic mouths, good size changes. You get a gold star for proper rivers!

    That is really wonderful Leso. Really like the color, and everything else of course.
    I'll try to rep too but it might be too close in time to repping your last work. We'll see.

    edit - Apparently too close. Can't rep yet. Must remember to come back and rep this one.

    @Chickpea: haha indeed! thanks!

    @Diamond: Bang! you got me.. In fact those two artists really inspired me a lot!!

    @Chick: yeah, I'm not too happy of the coastline, but I wanted to finish quickly, and i stopped fixing things

    @Domino44: Thanks! I'm pretty proud of the icons, even if they are really simple in their style

    @J.Edward: Thanks man!

    @snodsy: Thank you, I tried to make forest in a different way, and I'm pretty satisfied. Sorry but i didn't understand your question..
