Can't rep you again just yet, but that is lovely work. The colors especially are appealing.

Love the colors, the white might be a little hot, the box could be a little bigger around the scale to give it a little breathing room, but nice job overall, legend a little smaller.

Beautiful colors! The typeface you've chosen works well for this piece too. Couple things that I observed that might be improved upon.

First, with regard to your border, there is an inconsistency in the clarity of the patterns that make up the interior of the border. the repeating ring pattern is somewhat blurred, as if the image had been resized, whereas the symbols in the four corners of the map are sharp. When zoomed out this isn't an issue but it looks a little funny up close.

Second, I'm not so sure that the simple black contoured geographic features (i.e. mountains, hills and deserts) was a good fit for this piece. For one thing, you've chose to represent forests with patterns so there is a lack of consistency in geographic representation. For another, the the vivid colors and textures of the map seem to me to compete for attention with the more simple black geographic outlines. I think it probably would have painted in the contours for the hills mountains and deserts as you have done in some of your other work.

That said, it is an attractive map.

Lovely map Chick. I agree what other said about the colors, they are very appealing. The more you fill the maps with your own designs the better they become
