a little introduction of myself.

Hey guys,
at first please don't be to strict if i make writing mistakes because english is not my mother language and the most of it is self educated.
So to my person im 21 years old, work as a painter on construction sites.
I startet drawing maps for little storys i've written, that was the time i fell in love with maps.
i dont make the maps like most of you at a computer because my old laptop would explode if i start ps
so i guess there is not more interesting to say

There are a lot of people here who do hand drawn maps with pencil and paper, so you are still in good company. There are other drawing programs that can run on smaller computers, too, so start with Quickstart Guide to Fantasy Mapping: http://www.cartographersguild.com/showthread.php?t=4276

Once you have completed those two tutorials, you'll be well on your way!!

Welcome to the Guild! I know what you mean by making simple maps. I recently started using PS and it's working out well enough so far.
