I really appreciate all the technical stuff about the map, but in this world it isn't of much importance. With that said, if I have the option to make it technically correct, I will, but some things just need to come before that!

I like the last one best, where the sea is bluest. However, I suppose it depends what kind of look you want to go for. If you don't want a planet with lush greens and nice blue seas (like Earth) then one of the other versions might be better, but based purely on looks, the final one appeals to me most.
