Map World Map - Have Hand-Drawn Version Just Need Land Masses Redone!

I am a Dungeon Master that DMs a weekly (sometimes more) game with absolutely zero map-making skills.

    I mean Zero.

    It's pretty pathetic.

I do, however, have a vivid imagination and a loyal player-base, so I must be doing something right!

Here is the map I am presently using for my campaign: http://i1164.photobucket.com/albums/...psi7bqbydb.jpg

I only need the land masses, the text I can place myself ala Photoshop.

    Style
Yeah, this really doesn't matter much to me - almost anything is better than what I could do. From the maps I have seen on this site, I'm sure I'll be happy with any interpretation anyone could come up with!

    Quality & Size
Size is preferably 17" wide by 11" long, but can be larger if needed.

    Time Constraints
None, really. Our games are on Wednesdays, but that doesn't really mean anything. I know how hectic Real Life® can be.

    Copyright
I'm just using this map for our weekly gaming sessions, so you can have the copyright if you wish. It's not like I'm going to do anything with it!

I am going to have to nitpick and say that your opinion of your own skills is too low. Geographically inaccurate yes (still not as bad as some), not digital, but honestly I would have to set baseline zero as entirely unable to draw, probably paralysed, no concept of what maps are at all.

    Thanks!

When it comes to trying to make a "realistic" map using Photoshop or Gimp (like I've seen littered across this site) I'm horrible though. I just don't understand the programs well enough to efficiently use them for that.

Combine that with working and a newborn on the way (3 more months to go!) and I barely have enough time to run our weekly campaign...much less learn how to make some of the maps I've seen here!

Which is why I'm asking for help. :-)

Has this been taken? If so I'll go ahead and archive the thread.

You might want to post the fee you are willing to pay for a map, so that people in that price range can contact you and the rest will know not to.

for digital images paper size is not a good way of sizing

a small map for me is 4096 x2048 pixels
and medium / large size is 16384 x8192 pixels

At 300 dpi that would be 5100 x 3300 px.
I´ll have a go at it in spare time but can´t promise I´ll finish soon. If anybody wants to commit fully...

I appreciate that. I wish I could do some of the things I see on this site, however - I just can't use electronic drawing programs at all.
