Thank you, that`s quite a compliment coming from you. I hope we`ll see more from you again now that you`re back; you`ve been missed.

Cliffs and forests and a number of custom locations, plus an addition to the ice sheet. Tried something new with the forests. Originally wanted to go with the same style I used in Botamu but decided against it as I felt that was more suited to a map showing a larger part of a given world or continent and not a comparably small region. The style I've come up with probably won't be everybody's favorite, but I'm reasonably happy with it.

With trial and error: another 4 hours, bringing this to ~10 hours.

Alright, added a few more locations and placed a few preliminary names for your convenience. I realize the Crannogh Downs look really overly full right now; once I start coloring the different elements that problem should solve itself.

    1/2 hour.

This looks amazing so far, I'm really liking the look of the locations and the marshes. I've never been able to draw city icons... not that I have tried too much. Not completely sure about the forests, they seem a bit clashing.

Thank you, and yes, the forests are... not quite there yet, though if I imagine I had to draw them completely by hand in such a close-up style I'd still be stuck on that task.

Anyway, here's a small update. I mainly played around with the pencil tool and built a small town and two villages.

For the forest, i guess you use a brush in procreate. In this case how about spacing the tree item and make a forest less compact ? Your concept map is interesting and I'm watching it develop with pleasure.

I like how thick the forests are, it's just too bold compared to the rest.. Might look better with colour.

Those towns look awesome!! I need to try something like those.
