Very original and beautiful map Wired. The seas and storms are really striking.

Hey Wired, großartige Karte! I can only echo the other's praises. I really like your colourful and "lifely" style and here you showed it again in a very impressive way. One nitpick is, that your lovely hand drawn coat of arms are a bit hard to look at on the cloudy background. Maybe a kind of legend with a more subtle background (like a parchment or woodplanks, etc.) would give them more (well deserved) attention in the overall layout of the map.
Looking forward to your next map!
    Cheers,

Thank you, Ilanthar! I just wanted to do a map that had a few elements that made it feel more alive, so to speak.

Danke! The coats of arms, is it the cursive font that's hard to read or both the font and the symbols? Looking at them now, I can understand that some - especially the blue-ish ones, I suppose - can be somewhat hard to see, but I had them in that place so long my eyes must have adapted to what little contrast there is between them and the background! I'll try and keep that in mind for future maps, though.

Both plays it's part i guess. The coat of arms are (as the rest of the map) very colorful and rich of detail, so that part of the map looks a bit "unruhig" to the viewers eyes (in fact it's maybe only me! ) if in addition to that, the background itself is somewhat dynamic with the clouds. One just doesn't know where to look at . As i wrote, it's just (very subjective) nitpicking on a fantastic map and was indeed meant as a hint for future projects. Keep up the great work!
