    No, I didn't use a texture, never have for any maps. I sort of see what you mean, I guess. It's just a parchment texture I made according to a tutorial, it's not actually my favorite texture, but it's a big texture to begin with and I make it seamless so I can make it as big as I want! Muhahaha. It's handy that way, I do most of my maps on it.

    About the farmland; I think the client said he was colorblind or something so it was hard for him to see it, and I also got some comments from my brothers saying it was too hard to see, but maybe now it's too visible. Perhaps I'll try again to make it a bit less flashy but still visible enough. Thanks for the suggestions!

    I also just noticed that along the faded edges there were still some hard edges, I'll fix that.
