They've got a higher order within the order of the hobbit called the Knights of the Round Dinner Table (which occasionally doubles as a breakfast table and a second breakfast table).

I think it's the Dwarf relatives of Loras from A Song of Ice & Fire (him being the Knight of Flowers). Loras had a nice rose sigil, so these must be the poor cousins since they've only got a common daisy.
Can't shake the feeling that the bow looks like a coat hanger...
