Did some colour, and although the forests are a bit overpowering looking at the actual thing, in the picture, the compass really forces itself into the centre of attention. To take the map it to school for D&D club I found a tube for it, which now meant the top and bottom keep curling up. Niggles and complaints aside;

Thanks for the camera tips GLS.
Not sure how much more I could do.
- Fancy city and town icons?
- Castles and ruins?
- More stories?
- A city insert? - Someone a D&D club who missed the 11th deadline offered to do one for me, but risks.
- Colour the grassland?
- Little ship icons on the trade routes?
- Arrows with distances to other lands?
- Make the language more comprehensive (i.e. something other than just nouns and adjectives)
Ok maybe there is more, but I don't know what would be too much, what would look good, what's glaringly missing (I've probably missed something, to an trained eye such as there is on this forum)

Can't really do a shield for the main map, given there is no organised governing body
- Actually I could try one which is just a shield filled with smaller heraldry? Should be computerable with paint or (very) basic Gimp knowledge too.
