Windfoort Surroundings WIP

Hello folks!
Like many of you, I'm slowly building a fantasy world.. an idea that I initially developed for my upcoming rpg campaign, but since I have no proper time to play rpg , it's just an excuse for draw practicing
Here I will post the sketches and updates about a map I'm working on: the area around the town of Windfoort (city map here: http://www.cartographersguild.com/sh...ad.php?t=34132 )
The ideal result should be a colored map in the same style as the city, but for now I will restrict myself to some color sketches and a black and white map.

Here's the first wip, with a style inspired by the minimap on the windfoord city map

I love the mild tone of your grassland and the texture you use. The grape of islands south of the city are a great idea.
