    Default Town of Rook

I've been done this for a while actually, just forgot to post it.

So here it is! In the end I dropped the doing the colour because the client liked it with the antique look.

Very nice map, Josiah! The sheeps and cows are so well done a dragon could pick one or two .

I totally quote it! the livestock looks amazing, and also the "aged" effect!
p.s. you should put a ballista on top of that windmill

yeah agree, the livestock awesome, tracks well done and really nice watering/feeding hole. I like the shrubs too, nice approach on those. Would love to see a color version, nice job, have some reps.

Lovely feel to this piece Josiah and works well in the antique look. Buildings look nice too, but most of all gotta love those sheep!

Really nice. Incredibly detailed line work throughout. Especially on some of those roofs!

Thanks! I don't know, there's a dead dragon on your Paris map, maybe it was from eating these.

    Thanks Tom!
I agree a ballista on top of the windmill would be very cool, but I don't think the client would approve.
I can imagine one of the towns people saying "The livestock is rather feisty here, so instead of going through all the trouble of rounding them up or picking one out for slaughter, we just shoot 'em with the ballista."

Oh yes, gotta love the sheep. I had a lot of fun doing the livestock.

Thanks Nate. For some of the shingled roofs I actually made a special brush for it.
