Djaïa worldbuilding by maps

Well, i want to open this thread while fearing the magnitude of the work to close it. Rather than disperse me in all the forum of region and world mapping, I prefer to gather all my maps here in their development and later in the finished map.
Perhaps it won't last longer then this summer time, but i hope it won't last more then ten years. In this previous from, i hope to draw 8 regional maps of my world, beginning with a concept map.
I don't want to drown the reader under uninteresting descriptions of my world and prefers to exchange in the form of maps.
So here is my first draft, and sorry, the text is in french (Will provide translation if needed).
Comments, advice, critiques, all is welcome.

Thanks for your support and interest, now i have to work hard and be stuborn to take this to the end.
Ok, this new one is really similar to the first and show the austral group of the Djaïa world. If you find that there is esoterics icons, it's totaly normal, i plane to explain their signification in the next one with some more worldbuilding stuff.
I want to gather these draft sheet (two more are to be made) in a final map in an A3 format. I don't really know where i'm going with this, but let's try.
I modify the opacity of the layers and add an effect to the text, any comments ?

A new draft sheet and not really a map, but a particular compass. Hope to do some progress in the next week.

Ok, last draft sheet before trying to draw more precisely each one of the eight regional map i plane to do.
This one is the overall dimensional composition of my world in his actual form (in my mind at least). I'm not sure to gather this draft sheet in the next future. We'll see.
Any comment or advice is welcome.

Both of your last two pics look good, and have the feel of an old hand-written document. I'm really interested to see how you develop this project.
