Beautiful job on this. I really love the style. I think my favourite little details are the town/city/tower icons and the bright yellow fields/farms.

The only thing that looks a bit odd to me (and keeps pulling my eye away from the rest of the map) is where the river empties into the ocean. Perhaps you might want to try making that transition of colours a bit more gradual?

Oh, that is a lovely map. The brush strokes and colors in this piece are very pleasing, except the yellow farm fields could maybe tone down just a touch in places. I love what you did with the green forest around/among the mountains. Nice stuff, Sap.
