Bogie, Abu - Thanks very much.

I was thinking of how they would feed it, and since no one in their right mind would want to actually go in there, I thought food dropped from above would be ideal. I didn't have enough room left in the Bestiary text box to add that info, so I was thinking of ways to depict it on the map. A grate seemed to be the best way since it looks more interesting than doing, say, a dotted line for a solid "cellar-type" door. And having a grate also allows for some air-flow, since the room is windowless and that door is sealed up pretty tight.

That last update is at roughly 50% resolution, which is why the text is unreadable. I'll post a full-rez version on my next update.

I can't think of anything else to add or change/edit.

That is beautiful as-is; I wouldn't change a single thing. Well-balanced, elegant, great work.

    Thanks Diamond!

I've never done a battlemap in this type of format/layout before, and it was (surprisingly) a lot of fun!

Very nice! Very harmonious, indeed. And, well, I confess I'm a Dune fan .

Beautiful. I might have missed it, but did you paint that creature as well?

    Thanks very much, mearrin.

The "wurm" is a Poser model, created by Dinoraul: Dinokonda

I actually have have this model (I was lucky enough to snag it back when it was a limited-time freebie), but found a stock image/render of it at deviantART that was perfect for what I wanted, so I didn't have to render it myself.

Neyjour! I love the wurm chamber, and the beautiful image of the worm, but I love even more the details you have added around it, particularly the carefully thought out Bestiary Entry from the Deadly Beasts of the Desert.

The shading and textures you have used are gorgeously subtle, and, no, I don't think there's anything missing
