GENEARL NOTICE:

I am sorry about this, but it has been called to my attention that other pieces of my finished work (notably the Observatory ground floor) have started to appear on other NON-charitable websites without my knowledge, or approval, so in the future I will only be uploading small sections of any one map at a time as I progress. Each section will be rendered at unrelated resolutions and may (or may not) vary fractionally in HSL from the master original. This is to make stitching all the finished pieces together to make a saleable item a case of too much hard work for an inferior result.

Each example section will be clearly watermarked.

I apologise for any disappointment this may cause to my friends and supporters, and hope that you will all understand that since my work on Ethran is intended to be FREE to view once the book is published, I take an extremely dim view of anyone trying to make any money out of my gift to the world, for themselves - or who are using it to falsely promote their own professional map sales.

Current exceptions for this map as a single item not for resale: CG FB page.

I am not sure if I can change the image [on FB], but I can check. If I can, we can try to post a lower res image or a watermarked one, if you'd prefer Mouse.
Just let me know if you need it changed, removed, or what not and I'll work with you to effect that end.

Thank you for being concerned

The map that was actually spotted being used is the Observatory map, and not this one. I think, in a strange way, the simple fact that everyone has already seen it on the CG FB page puts it out of reach for anyone who might otherwise think of sullying it that way - and its there if people want to look at it - for their enjoyment, and not to rob them of their pennies (UK money).

I put the same notice on all my current threads to try and make people think again about treating anyone's artwork with such gross disrespect. Who knows, I might even have said yes to the guilty party - if only he hadn't just taken it like it belonged to him in the first place.

EDIT: In addition to that comment I will add that although I will be watermarking any work I upload from now on, if I should be lucky enough to ever produce another work that you would like to put on the webpage it would be my pleasure to provide you with a copy without the watermark
